Full review of my purchase experience! Yes, it’s legitimate. Yes, it’s new, never used in the box, and the same thing you would buy at any big box store. Yes you will save hundreds of dollars from normal retail. Yes, it works and amazing. Yes it’s the real 65 C9. Yes, you WILL wait 2-3 weeks to get it, unless you live near the warehouse (NJ). Once it’s scanned and ready for pick up and in transit, you won’t get many updates. Once it’s actually out for delivery, 2-3 weeks later, it was extremely detailed and very good delivery to my house. The guys took off the box, watch them to make sure they don’t drop the stand on the floor..., and plugged it in. But that’s it. They don’t mount it on the stand, and they literally will leave in in the foam and expect you to do the rest. You can upgrade for the full install if you want it. I didn’t and that’s ok with me. The guys were nice and quick. The tv works perfect and looks amazing. I would buy from fristclasstv again, be patient and save money and expect to wait, and you will be very happy.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Don't buy it on ebay if you want a manufacturer's warranty
This TV has phenomenal image quality. I don't like the smart features all that much and they sometimes get in the way when I'd rather just let the receiver do the work. Still overall it's one of the best TVs you can buy right now. Mine simply died overnight a couple weeks ago. No damage or anything, it just quit turning on. Something like this should be covered by a warranty. LG wouldn't give me my manufacturer's warranty because I bought the TV on ebay, despite the fact I had only owned it for 7 months. I don't care where I bought the TV, LG should stand by their products. Now it is too late for me to buy a supplementary warranty, but I should not have to do that in the first place!Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

I got the TV last night, I could not believe it, it’s actually what I wanted and it was perfect, except 1 tiny scratch on the back side. The picture was unbelievable. The features are to many to intake in 1 day, it may take months but I am still playing with it. I would say right now the whole family is in love with it. I’ve owned many TVs over the years. This 2019 LG OLED 65” tv is by far the best entertainment investment I’ve ever made. The picture in 4K is eye popping beautiful. The extra features such as gallery mode has changed my living room into an art studio.

Very nice tv!!!
This tv is better than I expected!!! Amazing quality, easy to use. I connected it to my jbl speakers and can use tv speakers in a same time. Like free lg tv channels. Can play stadia video games in 4k quality. Wish it would be cheaper but it actually worth the money you pay.

The best thing yet!
I own both the 55 and 65 inch model of this tv and it’s a sight to behold. You save almost $800 by waiting a lot longer for your tv which to me is not a terrible trade off. I received it about two weeks after purchase and the delivery crew carried it up 3 flights of stairs and ensured it worked properly. The tv itself just can’t be described. I suggest going to bestbuy or some soft if electronic store to see the picture for yourself while you wait!
