Love this hot tub !!!
I was on the fence on wether or not to buy this hot tub but one day i came across a deal that made me pull the trigger. So far its the best splurge purchase I've made in a long time. If you leave the heat off for the night it doubles as a nice little pool to cool off during these hot July days as well. The heater part does take a little time to get going but thats to be expected it is only a 110v after all. The bubbles work better than expected as well. The hot tub i purchased is the Tahiti edition so it has the led lights feature it definitely makes it look very cool at night and gives the water a nice glow. Maitnence is pretty basic no instructions are given on how to care for the water so a kit is needed in order to maintain nice water. The filters should definitely be cared for at least once a week if not more depending on usage. Very simple just take out, hose off and reassemble. Thats basically it nothing more to tell. Effective and Reasonable for the Price
While I like the product for the most part the "instructions" left much to be desired. They consisted of several very small illustrations (hard to see what to do). Larger illustrations WITH some text should be included. It was not obvious that the clear tube needed to be connected at each end to 2 plug openings at the bottom of the spa BEFORE filling the tub. I had water pouring out of those fittings until I realized the clear tube connected the two. I found several YouTube videos that were much more useful (and one emphasized the problem I had). I put a one-inch foam insulation pad under the tub that will greatly reduce heat loss from the bottom and also used rigid one-inch foam to built a box around the power "pod" to keep it warm and allow for use in colder temps. One other frustration: the inflatable liner for the cover had a leak that took some time to find--I was able to seal it with some liquid vinyl repair. It's not quite as satisfying as a full-sized hot tub but effective for the price and what it provides.

Pretty easy set up; no directions really but once you figured out on the diagrams, it was doable. The spa is great; we use it every day for an hour or so. Relaxing; the lumbar jets are expecially nice. And, a good value. We're using it on our deck in our Winter home in the USVI & plan to purchase another one for our backyard in our home in the states. Great inexpensive hot tub
I absolutely love my new hot tub for my screened porch. I have been in it every night. Quick and easy to set up. The hot tub does take several hours to heat originally and will hold heat if set at a temp. I live in Florida so I do not have many cool nights.
