I have arthritis so the hand held option was too heavy for me to use, this is my problem not the problem of manufacturer. My daughter loves the product and finds it easy to use and very efficient. As I am allergic to the smells of cleaning products this is the perfect option and overall I am delighted with the product. Driving me insane.
This has a decent steam output. It's easy to set up and folds away to a very compact size. What's driving me mad is the carpet glider continually falling off. It is such a bad design, it just barely clips on at three points. The slightest thing makes it fall off.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New
