Very nice scissors.
I have used a few kitchen scissors in my time. I had the fortune to use a pair of these in a holiday cottage. They cut so very well I ordered a pair. I have used these a few times now and so far they have proved to be excellent. I also like the cover that slides over the cutting edges.

They look to fit the title
The product appears to be what I wanted and has multifunctional uses but I have not yet had to use them for really heavy duty cutting.
