  • Fascinating True Story of one of London's most colourful characters between the 1930's & 50's Chick 'Cocky' Knight Professional Wrestler and Boxer

Chick 'Cocky' Knight was a Professional wrestler and boxer between the 1930's to 1950's. This true account relives the life and times of one of London's most colourful characters of his day! Written by a surviving relative who's extremely proud (and rightly so) of his uncle's amazing achievements. The level of research that has gone into this book must have been a monumental task and is real credit to the author Andy Scott. The world just doesn't produce characters like the one portrayed in this book anymore. If old school London and its ' cocky characters' is your thing...then this is definitely the book for you. Highly recommended
