Recommended as a good practice guide.
Great book, very informative, giving a good basis for this type of practice, I have heard Damien Nicholls talking about the history of spiritual practice, going back the Babylonians etc, and hope that he brings a book out about this as I feel it is important to link with this tradition.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New
