Also available separately. We have taken a classic designed High Security Steering Wheel Lock which was originally approved to the Thatcham standard and completely re-engineered it, to enhance its security, so it would pass and exceed the Sold Secure Gold Automotive standard, which is 2 and half times tougher than the Thatcham Standard. Following of the termination of the Thatcham security standard, which was only 2 minutes, attack tested. We have had this approved to the Gold Sold Secure standard which is far tougher test with an extreme 5 minutes, professional attack. Now police recommended and approved by Secured by Design.

Highly recommended
I watched video reviews of various steering wheel locks, I concluded that this would suit my needs best. It seems to be very sturdy, has a good amount of weight and is very quick and easy to mount onto the steering wheel. It also comes with a carry case.

Strongest lock available but VERY heavy
This lock is extremely heavy and that really lets it down. It's so heavy it's awkward to fit and it will easily damage your steering wheel or anything else you might bump with it whilst trying to get it located on / off the wheel. It's been provided with soft pads to protect the steering wheel but it's all a struggle to fit and remove without damaging something. My new car has lot's of switches and controls on the steering wheel and so it's a worry using it so mine is still in it's box so far unused. I don't see how they could have made it any lighter as then it wouldn't be nearly as strong. It's probably fine for older cars minus all the controls and hard steering wheels that don't mark. This lock weighs almost 2.5 Kg so it's like lifting and positioning a big bag of potato's weight wise without damaging your car!

easy to use and lock onto the steering wheel. Also small and easy to store or keep in the car when not in use. Good bright colour to hopefully deter thieves. Seems solid and sturdy and comes with 3 keys, plastic pads to protect the steering wheel and a bag although the bag is probably not very useful.
