A very pleasant film which I really enjoyed
This is a very pleasant film slow moving - about a woman who wants to open up a book shop in an old building as a new start in her life . Unfortunately a wealthy and typically spoilt manipulative woman who must dominate and have her own way in everything doesn't want her to get the building or use it as a book shop and sets about trying to sabotage and destroy her and her venture after she refuses to give up on her venture and sell the building on. This is made worse by the fact that an upper class reclusive man who lies books becomes interested in her and tries to defend her which really annoys the wealthy woman who has everyone in that village beholding to her and is an A grade bitch from hell. I really enjoyed this film because it was slow moving and about the complexities of people it was a lovely place to look at with the beautiful scenery .
