Great for audiophiles
One of the best CDs for audiophiles. Almost every instrument was recorded both in analogue and digital and they then included whichever one happened to suit the song better. The production is exceptional and full range, making it a great choice for getting the EQ on your hi-fi just right. Really good funky sounding CD
I bought this to become more familiar with the music of Daft Punk after hearing the track "Get Lucky", which I really like. There is not a track on this CD which I find disappointing. I like all of it and have played the whole CD right through numerous times since I bought it. I have a fairly wide taste in music, but tend to favour old rock (Cream, Hendrix, Stones etc) and soul (Otis Redding, Solomon Burke etc). However, this makes a welcome addition to my already diverse collection of music. I will probably buy more CD's by Daft Punk now. This one has certainly brought a smile to my face.
