When I opened the box, it was full of cat hair and generally very dirty. Cat hair actually wafted out when I took the lid off the box, it was that much. It is in working order but I would have expected it to arrive clean. Postage was also way overcharged around £15 but cost about £6. Postage was advertised as next day by 1pm, but took 6 days.
