This is a great product BUT do your homework and read carefully about what it can and cannot do. I have an old house with uneven floors and several large dogs--wood floors and area rugs--so it gets a work out! It will not/cannot? get into the bathrooms or back into the kitchen (where its docking station is) due to the imperfection in the flooring. However, once fenced in--or out--it does a remarkable job of cleaning! Also, the first 7 times it ran it preferred to stay under the couch cleaning the rug--BUT I realized that part of the carpet is rarely vacuumed and the loose fibers caused the robot to think it was dirt. By run time number 15 it will leave this area and do a more thorough job of cleaning the rest of the living room. I am not certain if my "full bin sensor" is working correctly as after 5-10 minutes of run time it indicates it is full even though I have thoroughly cleaned the filters and the interior of the dust bin. This does not affect the cleaning process.Read full review

This Robot Vacuum works fine but does not like cables and thick rugs. It does not Vacuum the house efficiently. It goes all over the place. If you can afford the one with better navigation go for it. This product only has the bump technology. It does good as far as vacuuming up stuff.

It does get stuck often but it works very well for the money. I wouldn't run this without being home because of how often it got stuck. It also circled in one spot for several minutes before I had to tap it to get it to move. Other than having to be redirected several times it does pick up well. I like the mopping feature also. More of a liggt dusting but I found that feature very helpful. Overall, I would recommend.

Picks up more debris compared to other lower models. Still fairly random, although some programming means it will clean the edges of rooms and go around legs in a more efficient fashion. If you want less random movement go with 96o or 980 models. If you need more pickup power the 980 is the only roomba model out that currently has a more piwerful suction. While emptying is OK, there is a small opening that you will wind up digging clogs out of. Versus brushes on earlier models, beaters are easier to maintain. This model will eat the fringe or corners of area rugs, might be worth a couple minutes to pick smaller rugs up. Getting ready to vacuum is similar to getting ready to vacuum with an upright...will eat cords. It will push around many smaller object. Overall fairly happy. Earlier models were more like sweepers, this is beginning to get closer to an actual vacuum. If you are OK with carrying a robot to different rooms and are fine with slightly random movement, this is the most bang for your buck. The 600 models are OK if you have older rugs and no long haired family members (long hair and new contractor grade carpets were a bust for us), but the upgrade was worth it for our family. Love being able to program daily cleaning (although confused why it won't allow more) and it can find the way back to the dock if it is located in a central area without obstacles withing about 4 feet.Read full review

Take some getting use to. Have to empty the dirt bin a lot, maybe because my house is dirty! Also have to clean all the hair off the rollers regularly. It's weird random pattern misses spots. Maybe by the end of this week it will have cleaned everywhere. It has problems finding home base to redock unless it's feet from it.

The Roomba works great with or without the app. I am not too pleased with the way it empties and the filter is cleaned. The dirt trap can be dumped but there lingers dust hanging from the above filter. The trap then must be manually cleaned with a damp paper towel.

This item advertises that it picks up pet hair and it does that well. It notifies via visual indication when to empty and when to charge. The only thing that prevented a five star rating is that it seems to have less battery life compared to my old Roomba. That is not a show stopper - I really like this model so far.

This is our 3rd(IIRC) Roomba. The design has improved in that this model has 2 rotating parts gathering debris. The previous 2 only had 1. The wifi feature and dirt sensor are nice as well.

Wow is all I can say. The house hasn’t been this clean ever!! I am amazed at how much dirt is still being vacuumed up with the iRobot and it has been 3 weeks of daily use. Very happy with this and only regret is not getting the 960 for the estate type cleaning. Overall great vacuum!!

With 2 dogs generating a ton of dog hair this unit has helped lighten the work load. It will get stuck in rooms and has difficulty finding its docking station. We have it programmed to clean every day and it operates like clockwork. The suction isn't great, but it will fill a bin each day, so it is working. The unit could be more intelligent, but overall seems to be doing the job.
