Great product design and features (if a bit small)
Used in conjunction with radiators to help heat a room. Haven’t used the cooling function other than to test but it’s just a cool fan. What’s brilliant is the app with the settings, controls and graphs enabled through WiFi. The temperature and humidity is correct and air pollution data and filter is very useful and the reason for the purchase. It rotates and can be tilted upwards. I only use the fan speed on half so it is quiet but noise is audible and very much the sound of air moving when at higher speed. I don’t think this can be helped at all. It is plastic construction that looks metal. Very lightweight but feels like it should last like other Dysons. I love the dark colour combination. Just wish it was taller (maybe 15 cm more) as it feels very short on the floor. It might look better elevated but I don’t personally like that. This is an expensive bit of technology and the size of it makes it feel like you didn’t get much heat output for your money but it’s still excellent.Verified purchase: YesCondition: Refurbished

Noisy with bad app and not a lot of power
Very disappointed at this item , in order for it to feel remotely warm you have to turn it up more and more until it’s very noisy, when using the app the fan doesn’t always respond quickly and when you select oscillate it usually doesn’t do a thing, at the reduced cost it’s disappointing at full price it an absolute waste of money, avoid this unless you can put up with these drawbacks.Verified purchase: YesCondition: Refurbished

Set and forget
The fan is great! It is effective in getting the room warm quickly. It does have different modes meaning it can be both quiet and noticeable depending on the setting. Well worth the money
This is the second device I bought, since I did not want to always carry the thing between two rooms. It heats fast and nicely, keeps the 2nd, rarely used room at an acceptable temperature without me having to take care of anything or needing to worry about it being too cold or too hot with/without gas heating, it cools perfectly in summer, and it keeps the air clean. It runs very quietly, unless it detects something in the air it needs to get rid of, and even then you can keep on watching tv/listening to music, and at least I do not wake up in the night if it turns on the cleaning. Registering the device and installing the app was easy. The app could be a lot better, but tells me the gist of what I need to know - air purity (inside/outside), temperature, humidity -, and lets me remote control the devices. The filters last for ages. The purifier is not cheap (nor are the filters), but after having tried several other purifiers, let alone heater/coolers, this is the only one I am really happy with, and since it does all in one device, heating, cooling, purifying, it is well worth the money - especially refurbished, which means the device is a lot cheaper.Verified purchase: YesCondition: Refurbished
