Pleasant way to spend a few hours
Good mystery-not great-but mystery who-dunnit readers will enjoy it. Lots of characters and they were fairly easy to remember who was who. That being said, something about the author's style was off-putting. It's probably just me. I have read so many mysteries in the past 50 years I guess I am looking for perfection - or close to it. Great setup; but somewhat disappointing
The book has a great setup; isolated lodge in the woods, a group of quirky suspicious strangers, and murder. All you need is Inspector Poirot.
