I'm currently going through an anxiety setback. I was free from symptoms for over a year, suddenly got a panic attack and the avoiding things started again. I bought this workbook as a way to help me get back to where I was. Because I know I couldn't do it alone, I started to avoid things again.
Along with the DARE Facebook group, I feel like I can help you build the courage and handle my symptoms as just symptoms of anxiety.
This workbook pairs greatly with the DARE book, as it's by the same author and series. This workbook is excellent for making yourself feel a bit more organized about your recovery. Great points are covered and reassurance I'm perfectly safe. Be sure to also download the app and audios. They're great to listen to at least once a day.
I have been dealing with severe anxiety much of my life and this has provided more relief than anything. It's not easy, it takes daily practice, but I feel better than I have in decades.
