Gets to the core, rubber-meets-the-road real.
I think every couple needs to go through this book. It should be a prerequisite for all engaged people. Seriously. It is extremely helpful for marriages struggling, and can help someone who has suffered the trauma of divorce, although some parts of it won't necessarily apply to their situation.
