I Love My ROKU !!
This Roku was so easy to setup and use. I really love the options it gives and the streaming channels that are available. This is my first step in cutting the cable cord. I plan to buy another Roku for my bedroom TV. My favorite channels are Pluto and Sony Crackle...… both are free and provide a lot of movies. Great! Except......
The product comes boxed new with an HDMI cable. Granted the photo did not show this cable, but the description could have said "Without HDMI cable". I had to go buy one, which put a damper on my experience. The device came set up for some previous user's account. Great on a clear day or night
I live in rural Alabama and have Hughes net wifi for internet. While the Roku operates on wifi I also have a limited wifi package. The Roku player works well even on the slow wifi speed. I did install a cheap Nuwave signal booster that helped a bunch. The roku is a really good supplement to my antenna tv. The weather seems to be the biggest negative. If the weather is overcast or stormy you can forget using the Roku but I still feel it was a good purchase and a good option to have.Verified purchase: YesCondition: Refurbished

It’s pretty cool
It’s pretty cool. Has free movies and syncs up with my Hulu and Netflix pretty easily. The only think I don’t like is it doesn’t have a power button so it stays on the data and I’m only given a terabyte with my provider. It also glitches when it’s on Pluto and will change the channel back to the previous or about 5x before it stops and let’s me watch what I wanted. Overall it’s a pretty cool little media stick! Roku Express Easy
I am not good with technology and have shied away from these streaming boxes because I was afraid of them. Out of necessity I bought one for my granddaughter a week or so ago and it was not only easy to install but easy to figure the programming. It was so easy to use, that I bought one for my Smart TV with is not really all that smart. Or it might be just me.
