I'm pleased with my expansion card that gave my older PC a couple of USB 3.0 ports but the only problem I have is actually my old computer's AMT BIOS. It doesn't show me this as a boot option. Suppose I want to boot a clonezilla usb thumb drive I have and I plug it into this port and then when POST comes up and I hit F12, it doesn't list this port. The port is recognized by Windows and Linux both so the problem is just my old BIOS and motherboard. I am able however to use it to clone my PC's hard drive when I plug an external hard drive into this USB 3.0 port and it is able to complete the job much faster than the old USB 2.0 I was using so it has been very good, in spite of my BIOS limitations.

Even though they were packed pretty well in bubble wrap and styrofoam peanuts, 3 of the 4 machines had chipped glass on the touchscreen and one had a cracked bezel and the case was partially off. Also, even though the power cords shipped with them were new, they weren't your standard pc power cord and they didn't work with these systems, so I wasted time figuring that out thinking I had DOA systems initially. I usually don't take the time to rate people, but these guys shouldn't call themselves refurbishers. These systems were just formatted and thrown in a box. They got two stars because they all did turn on and work after I swapped the power cords out.

I've been using laptops as my main computer for a few years now. All of the laptops that I have are in perfect working condition, only they get slow over time, with heavier software. I was looking at a 17" laptop with full HD display, but they are too expensive. If I could only upgrade the main board on my laptop and keep the screen and keyboard, I would save a fair amount of money. But that is something you can easily do on a desktop. After realizing that I seldom move it from my desk, I decided to go back to a desktop. The box for this PC has an attractive design, and the Small Form Factor allows me to actually putting on my desk without taking too much space. The i5 processor with the 8GB RAM make it a fast machine. I don't use it for gaming but I run CAD programs and some other math-intensive programs and I am not disappointed at all. Very happy with it.Read full review

Quiet, boots fast, modular, and loads of USB ports. Great computer for multitasking and some decent processing power. At my time of purchase, this computer was selling for less than the sum of its parts (if you count the OS), so I'm happy with the value. I made a few additional purchases to fit my needs, so I figured I'd menion them here. 1) Got a nice dual antenna wifi adapter to enhance internet connection if you go the wireless route. One is included, but worth improving. 2) Went with a wireless mouse and keyboard. Cheap and new ones are up here for as little as $25. 3) Put in an additional hard drive for more storage. I work with GIS data and often have large rasters to store, so this was a neccessity. Standardized hard drive caddy and the mini tower form factor make this hassle free. I will eventually be getting a new GPU to run 3+ monitors and potentially an I7 for faster processing, but I'm very happy with the performance.Read full review

Perfect for my needs! I am a big fan of Dell products, and this PC worked exactly as I had hoped! I upgraded the memory once I received it to 16 gig, the hard drive that was included was a 7200 rpm 1 TB model. Very nice! I now have a "kickin'" PC for my daily driver, so to speak!

This machine has most of the latest technologies and internally is in good shape. However I had difficulties to make it work when I received it. Its memory modules were swapped and had connection issues. For a less technical person, it would be hard to diagnose and resolve the issue.

This machine is fast and expandable. It has windows 7 pro 64, which works great and, what's even better, doesn't have a bunch of adware and add on programs that you don't need installed to make you pull your hair out. Great price and fast shipping with excellent packing. Highly recommend this machine and the seller I purchased it from.

This is a very nice step-up from my old unsupported Windows 7 Dell PC. With the 1T SSD, and fast processor, licensed Windows 10 installation and upgraded graphics card, this Dell 9010 SFF computer has the speed and capacity that I have long desired. Since my computer did not come with USB-3, I added a PCIE USB-3 board, so now I have 2 new USB-3 ports along with 6 USB-2 ports for additional connectivity. I am very happy with my purchase of this computer. It's a great value for the money in my opinion.

I received exactly what I expected. The computer operates as good as if purchased new. Windows 10 operating system was updated. This computer cost less than one I had purchased online through a discount company in Texas one year ago which had Windows 7. That operating system had not been updated which delayed being able to use the computer until all updates were downloaded and installed. That computer cost $384 and had only 500GB storage. This computer had 1T (double) and cost only $300 and with Windows 10 v. Windows 7. In all other regards, both computers are similar (16G ram, DVD, SFF, i7). I am very pleased. Unit arrived 1 day earlier than quoted arrival time.

This was a refurbished item so it was an incredible value. The 3rd gen core-i7 is still a great multitasker. The mini-tower platform is a decent compromise between flexibility and floor space. It's not huge but there is ample room inside the case, AND it uses a standard ATX power supply. This is a business class machine - built very sturdy. Everything is quick release including a cool way of locking cards into the expansion slots. This was a great purchase !
