Mann Oil Filter VW Golf 1.6 1.8 T GTI 2.0 16V - Also Fits SEAT Ibiza 1.8T FR 2002 - 2008 Comparing to previously purchased filters, the Mann Air filter I recently purchased has a much higher quality manufacturing standard than the UFI - Mahle & even Bosch brand Air filters. Given this observation the Mann Oil filter would likely follow this practice in quality improvement. For example, the Mann air filter elements had a much more compact and accurate fins structure, better quality of rubber / neoprene type sealing element and even improved filter surface and length. The Oil filter follows some of the air filters improvements, overall diameter is the same as forementioned manufacturers however length is improved for more filter surface area. It is unknown if the paper element is better than any of the previously mentioned manufacturers, however according to the Mann filter manufacturers datasheet has a lower particular filter specification than any of the others mentioned, lets face it the dust; or in this case metal particulates and blather is what we need to stop swimming about and entering our engines, so smaller particles being filtered is an improvement. Highly recommend the quality of the Mann air filter, and given this quality difference; it is likely that the Mann oil and pollen filters have the same advantages.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New
