Useless, not new! Possibly not-genuine LUK DMF.
The product is not a NEW genuine LUK dual mass flywheel. It looks like it has been refurbished. The surface was a different structure than the genuine new LUK DMF. The mounting threads were missing in multiple holes, making installation impossible. Neither was it possible to thread the holes, as the diameter was too large already. Came in a unmarked box as described, but without any additional padding to protect it during transport.

Essentially an original VAG part. Works perfectly. Bargain.
Exactly the same part that VW would have supplied me with (it would have just been in a different box), but a lot cheaper. Garage said it fit perfectly. I've been driving the car for 300miles since without issue.
