Seat Cupra NRF Charge Air Intercooler
This cooler was bought as a replacement for a cheap copy of the same type. The difference in weight and core are amazing in comparison not to mention the actual cooling. I really cant recommend this cooler highly enough. Ambient temp 11c, cruising on motorway at 70mph the intake was sitting at 9c, on full prolonged boost intake maxxed at 12c. I should also point out this is custom fitted to a pug 207gt (1.6 thp) running on stage 4 map with a hybrid turbo at 1.5bar of pressure. The car was dyno`d just at the weekend there (11/11/07) and is putting out 247.4bhp ,,, again cannot recommend the quality of this cooler enough, a quarter of the price of the forge cooler and does an equal job at cooling.
