Battery is over 3 years old .. manufactured 9 August 2022. They asked me to confirm the purchase which I did and informed I was after battery that had been produced in last 6 months, I also added this to the order notes but clearly both messages got ignored. It’s very poor as a battery sitting on a shelf for this period of time would have sulphated and lost capacity. I have spent more money buying from them because of their reputation expecting better service, but severely let down. New battery transformed the car
I bought a new Citroen C4 Picasso in 2014. I complained about the car to the main dealers because the ‘Stop-Start wasn’t working and I was told there is nothing wrong with it just need to drive it more. I persevered with the car and the stop-start would only work after driving over 100 miles. Recently I had a problem with the car and because of Covid 19 couldn’t get it fixed . When I finally did there were loads of faults diagnosed and I was told it was because of a poor battery. I bought this battery and everything works as it should.
