It was cheap, rapid delivery, and fairly easy to fit. The thick washer from the old switch was fitted which seems to be needed to get the right depth. With a 19mm ring spanner it was easy to remove the old switch and, by feel because it's not visible, fit the new switch to the back of the transmission housing. Then just fit the cable to the switch, only goes one way, and it's done. The Haynes book has pictures, but they don't really show what's needed. The old switch has the part number moulded in, which helps a lot.
