Several emails over a month and left with a battery that's too big despite ordering the right type 027 and supposedly the right size ie 175mm but including lips that are gripped in the tray the one sent measured 178mm. The emails they sent were oblique and vague, the measurements confusing and ment to mislead and they avoided giving direct answers. Therefore I am left with a battery that doesn't fit in the tray properly and am unable to get the cover on and they are left with poor ratings and a bad review for being evasive and unhelpful.
