  • Works as expected in limited testing but difficult to fit though that is a car design problem not sensor.

Seems to work Ok with only limited testing. It was a ******* to fit due to access problems on a Skoda Octavia 2.0 FSI. Ended up removing the battery, battery case & EGR pipe to get at it. Probably did not need to remove the battery & case removing the EGR pipe allowed batter access but I did not want to disturb it. You might want to order some spare clips if you have poor access - they are very inclined to ping off while trying to fit them and disappear into the depths of the engine bay never to be seen again - and being plastic you can't retrieve them with a magnet. I also needed to reset the fault code before the cooling fans would work correctly - if you are unable to do this I don't know if it will delete the codes when the EMU realises the sensor now works.
