Minted brake discs jaguar x type
Great discs, changed from some drilled grooved ones I put on, they didn't last very long and because of the grooves it shuddered on brake pedal when braking hard! Doesn't boost confidence although they look sporty.... but back to these mintex brakes and discs ,changed them myself, bedded in brakes gently as possible for 100 miles, noticed a difference straight away, such smooth breaking and very responsive, you feel the car would stop quickly if you needed it to! I purchased these for my jaguar x type. The quality is excellent and the fitting was straighforward, helped by two excellent videos on you tube. I did need to purchase a special tool to push the pistons back, but this was inexpensive and on Ebay. I have saved hundreds of pounds and would certainly do it again.
