Another glow plug failed in the engine of my Mercedes W220 (2005). When the first one failed some time ago I bought the pliers to pull off the leads. You cannot get the caps off without this tool. A resistance check of each plug indicated which one needed replacing (No. 6). A replacement by the original plug maker was purchased from a local outlet of a spare parts chain. When the 2nd one failed (No. 5) they were now stupid prices so bought a Bosch Glow Plug from this vendor. After fitting I thought a spare would be useful (4 to go) so bought another. The price here is what I paid the local outfit some years ago.
