Brake lever pin too short
The brake shoes are the exact right size except for 1 major issue. The pin on the shoe where the brake cable lever swivels on is too short! The difference is about 1.5-2mm, which is significant because it means you cannot get the circlip back on. I had to modify the brake lever by grinding it down to get the circlip back on. These are the shoes recommended for my Mitsubishi ASX in the Mintex brake book.
