    Bushes modified by Meyle Caused Excessive Play

    Fitted these bushes, which are bulkier / have more rubber than the original ones. Took vehicle back for MOT and they contacted me to let me know there was still excessive play at the tops of the struts. The garage removed these Meyle bushes and replaced with other generic ones that did eliminate the play. I can understand Meyle trying to address this problem with suspension leg bushes frequently needing to be replaced and hopefully this comment will alert them to the problem we found with these particular bushes. The bearings were fine, but there was distinct differences between the rubber bushes I replaced and these that I fitted. I was given a refund by the seller.
