Great Stainless Steel Waterless Cookware
Love it. Construction is substantial. 304 stainless. Love the way the steam whistles when the pots get warm. Sound like soft tea kettle whistles. Reminds you to turn the heat down (with waterless, no need for high temps). I love my set. Been years since I had a waterless set, enjoying this one like an old friend. Great Cookware set
I just received my item, cookware set and am very satisfied with it. I already cooked some veges the waterless way and I am impressed and surprised. It was so good. I have a lot to use it for but I really like the quality of the product. Heavy and beautiful. Easy clean up and easier to use effectively. The instructions are good and there is a lot of vids on You Tube demonstrating how to use waterless cookware. Excelente quality price relation.
The product is very good. I have already coocked waterless chicken and fish. Fire must be low for not burning and sticking it. Veggetables get an amazing flavour, also eggs wich I rather making with a bit of olive oíl for non stick. The only thing I had trouble with was with breaded fish, it was a little hard to remove the burned parts. And if you use a little more heat than needed the colour of the exterior turn a little Brown. I think not very good for dough foods, also had trouble with corn tortilla. Apart of that, very easy to clean up. If you stick to youtube recepies you can have same results as seen. I would love to get in the kit one more frypan, smaller, instead of one pot. I am very happy with this purchase, pretty recomendable.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New
