Well a bit on the thin side, light on information, hardly any weights, no cals or carb information, no indication of how many the receipes are for. Expensive but good enough if you are really stuck for ideas. Quick dispatch and Delivery. Cheers CB

Don't waste your cash
Thin book with few recipes and no consistency - i.e: no framework that you could build into a body of recipes to keep you vegan and healthy. I could write a better recipe book in 5 minutes for half the price and still feel I was ripping off my customers.
