    ArchAngel/Ruger 10/22

I recently built an ArchAngel AR556EX kit out of my Ruger 10/22 and this case will hold the gun fully assembled (minus magazine) and 3 magazines in there no issues and plenty of space.Case is durable and holds up to being tossed in my truck or dropped. I also have an AR15 in one of these cases and its been in there for yrs and shows no wear/tear on the case. Cant beat it for the price and durability!

    Marginal at Best...Save your money

While this item #759 is described as an 'affordable Tactical rifle case', it is more like a cheap, flimsy rifle case. The plastic latches do not even interlock securely either with a rifle in it or not. You definitely need to invest as much as it cost in padlocks to secure it all 4 locations to keep it closed all the way around. The foam padding is the only real protection. I expect this product would suffice for a kids youth gun , a bb gun, or maybe a .22. Definitely would not trust it in any baggage handling application or hunting trip. This item is what you might expect for $19.00 at Wal Mart.

  • Modest price for a good (not great) rifle case

Overall, works great for my new S&W M&P AR15-22 with a 3-9x 40mm scope on top. The case is not as hard as the $50 cases, but it's half the price. However the foam is just as good as the expensive case's foam. No metal on the lock holes, but not a show-stopper. Light weight so the wife and/or grandson can carry the rifle & scope in the case in one hand and their range bag or box in the other and not complain. And THAT counts a lot for me! Since getting the AR15-22 I haven't been able to shoot but 1/3 of the time as Gran'ma and grandson take their turns loading the 10-round magazines and blowing through the ammo. But since they can carry it without a complaint, it leaves me free to handle my Colt M4, it all works out just fine. THANKS TO THIS RIFLE CASE!

  • Flimsy.

Very thin plastic. Very flimsy, hard to get the outer edge to fit in it's groove when closing. Foam is so thick it's hard to close and compress it when gun or accessories are inside. OK for the money, wouldn't want to take on a trip and expect baggage handlers not to destroy it.

  • Nice, kind of small.

Good solid case. Less flimsy than the common low price brands. It's a little smaller than I expected. Tight fit with an AR15 with a bipod and red dot taking up space. My 20" barrel AR15 with bipod and large scope with medium height rings has no chance of fitting. I measured them in my old case and thought the bigger one would fit. Good case. Big optics and pistol grips combined might not fit.

  • You get what you pay for...

It's perfect! I have a AR 15 16" barrel, plus two AR mags, a 9mm shield, .22 compact. It's flimsy, but light. The foam isn't fasten down, but nothing a little spray adhesive can't solve. Wouldn't recommend if locking up from children. It's great for carrying to the range and back.

  • Gun Case Review

Use it for 4 pistols and it works very well. they stay in exactly the position I put the in. No bumps, dings or scratches. And the price was incredibly low for very good quality. Thanx

  • Good case for the money; as described

Exactly as described. It's just wide enough for my AR-15 with front grip. It will not be wide enough if you have a scope, considering the rear grip on an AR. However, on a rifle without an AR type grip, it might be wide enough for a scope.

  • Gun box

This Gun case is beyond cheap, the two clasps are mounted on a 1/8 inch plastic strip that snapped the first time it was latched. The case is so flimsy that when the rifle is placed in it and attempted to latch, it flares open at both ends exposing the rifle barrel as well as the stock. The case by any standards is basically worthless. Now that i have explained all the problems with it , I explain the positives, it has foam inserts that fit well together. And it is cheap as far as cases go. Not only price but quality, it is a prime example of the old addage " you get what you pay for" .

  • short but good value

Decent case for the money. A bit shorter than anticipated, restrictive for many long guns. Good value for the size.
