Restaurant quality
Good design. I especially like the rounded pan bottom and the covers fit very well. The handle is perfect. Overall an excellent pan. I would recomment this Cuisinart line to any serious home cook. One other thing, This is exactly the same pan as available in Costco's Kirkland line. Evidently, Cuisinart makes that line and brands it for Costco. The 2 quart pan is not included in the Costco set, which is why I bought this one.

Spots from Gas on Low Heat
They are very heavy and the handles stay cool. The first use of my largest sauce pan left tiny copper circles along the outer edge. Apparently my cook top on low heat is too hot for these.

We own some nice Kitchenware.... this has become one of the best pots we own
1. Quite Heavy (heats evenly) 2. You can leave a full pot of water boiling for 15 minutes and the handle is still cool to the touch (anddd,, the handle on the lid is still manageable) 3. Top fits perfectly & does not rattle at full boil. 4. Pleasing to the eyes (a very pretty pot) 5. Cuisinart brand is going to be our first choice when the time comes to purchase another pot!
