A baking must!!
Awesome silicone mat to use for rolling out piecrusts and biscuits or baking cookies in the oven. I would suggest you buy two of them. One for using in the oven and one to use on your counter top for rolling out your cookies and crusts. The one you use in the oven will eventually turn a darker color.
