Excellent piece of kit
The only ‘problem’ if indeed it ‘is’ a problem, is that the shaft is too long. However, having said that, one could easily cut it to the required length as I did. Other than that, it is an excellent piece of kit and the delivery was prompt. Oh, it’s not gold coloured as it shows in the description photo so it won’t spoil the look of your chrome coloured tools. I wanted a quality corner steady winder drill adapter so, chose the brand name. It is a quality, well made, very useful addition to the caravan tool box. Sturdy Corner steady winder.
After years of winding my caravan steadies up by hand, I decided to take the effort out of it, and use my cordless drill to do the work for me. This leg winder is excellent for the job. Really sturdy, just the right length and very well made. The end that fits in the drill has several sides, so no slipping of the shaft in the chuck whilst using it. I was also pleased it ran straight and true under speed, so no wobbling in the chuck. I can recommend this, as its excellent value and very well made. Saves crawling around in the mud
