Seat tilt
Bought this as a replacement to a worn out unit. Noticed that when I went to install the item it wouldn’t seat properly on closer inspection I could see it was slightly different to the original one. Ten minutes later and using my dremel tool to modify the new item I had it fitted and the seat is now fully functional.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Not a good fit.
This handle requires too much modification to get it to fit. It should just clip in like a genuine oem part, which this definitely isn't. The spring on the handle is also weak and, in my opinion, it all just feels like a flimsy replacement that will fail prematurely. The original oem part lasted 13 years in my fiesta but I would be surprised if this lasted 13 days with daily use. I'm sorry but it's just not good.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

This is a genuine Ford part and here is the downside . It is seriously under engineered . Read the reviews . This is so flimsy that the handle has an established reputation for breaking on a regular basis . See UTube videos. 2007 Ford Fiesta st seat latches.
These seat latches are great, the ones on my car were broke for about 18 months, I thought I would have to change the whole thing latches and cable so I never bothered, only when I looked on YouTube I found out the broken part of the seat latch would pop out, so I bought both of the latches, took 20 minutes to take them out took only 2 minutes to put in the replacements great value product great seller, very fast delivery would definitely recommendVerified purchase: YesCondition: New
