Order arrived very quickly. Very well made. Sturdy yet flexible. Have used it twice already. Easy to clean (once by hand and once in the dishwasher). Lovely to use but not so easy to remove the hot chocolate stirrers once ready. Perhaps there is a removal trick I am still to discover?!
