Simple to install
Ease your mind about whether your garage door is open or shut. This device tells you at a glance from any room in your home. Green light it's closed , red light it's open. So simple to install it will amaze you. Simply peel and stick the transmitter to your garage door, and plug the receiver into any plug in in your house, and your done. No tools needed. if the easy to install battery on the transmitter gets low, both lights will blink. And it made by the Chamberlain company, so you know the quality is the best. My only regret is I didn't buy one many years ago.

Great Low Tech Security
Have a Chamberlain on one of my garage doors and second door had a 12 year old Sears that seemed to be erratic so needed a replacement. These are no longer available because they are too low tech , they only tell you the door is open or closed (I love it). Current tech is smartphone and security system capable and you can monitor, open, close and tell if you need to restock the fridge from anywhere in the world (if you need this). Get these while you can. Value? Twice what I paid 2 years ago but have seen them 4 and 5X the original price.

Replace my CLDM1 Chamberlain Garage Door Monitor
This is a replacement for the one that I already purchased 10 years ago. Pricey, but this unit is no longer available. Like it because its WiFi is independent and not an issue if you want a wireless environment. New type of monitors all use 24/7 WiFi and your smartphone. Very unhealthy considering the RF issues.

Useful but Expensive
Handy and accurate. Installation is easy. Double-sided Velcro attachment strips fail in heat. I use super glue. It seems expensive, but it's better than others.

Simple and easy to follow instructions

Great product, works well. The garage door and the sensor are on opposite sides and floors of my 1400 sq ft home. Great price at about $64, about 1/2 price of others. It maybe old stock, but did not need a new battery.
