Helps with brain fog galore!
I have a few rare conditions that have lead me to seek help from supplements and this is one I don't like to run out of! I have narcolepsy and a condition called POTs and this one works great for my daily battles with focusing, staying awake-but-not-frazzled/stressed, staying on task and brain fog (and my constipation issues thanks to its action on the parasympathetic nervous system). help for the brain long term
I've taken this supplement for only a couple of weeks and don't feel it makes a significant change in the ability to concentrate of focus more so I only gave it 4 stars, I believe that if I were taking this supplement for a longer period, say several months, that it would show more results. I hadn't tried this particular product before, but had used other brands of choline.
