I spent a long time looking for the right massager
I was extremely happy when I got this one in the mail. The kneading was able to accomplish a deep tissue experience and the optional vibration and heat features are wonderful. There’s an automatic shut off time for safety reasons but if one round isn’t good enough for you then you’re able to turn it right back on for a second or third or fourth round, but be aware that heat in the machine will eventually make the massager stall functionality. When experiencing this you might think your machine is broken but rest assured the power button will still work when this happens and vibration and heat will still activate but the kneading won’t move. Once the machine has cooled to safer temp the kneading will then work once again. Also, turning on heat wont be the only thing that can overheat this product, simply using this multiple times in a row could do this. As well as general body heat although it’s not extremely sensitive to heat so you’ll get a decent go of it before it might halt. Runs for about 15 minutes a round. The appearances are also quite lovely. Very soft fabric and color. The length of the cord is just enough, but it would be nice if it was just a little bit longer. Fair Massage Unit.
Fair massage unit. You can adjust width of massage when rolling massage is selected, but not when shiatsu is selected. I'm 5'10" (in other words, average height) but massage does not go low enough to massage base of spine or high enough to massage all of shoulder blades. Neck massage is good. No massage in seat. I got this as new, open box and only paid approximately 1/2 retail. I would not be particularly happy if I had paid full price. A little rough
Well this could be a little rough at times. But if you're really tense it could be helpful. Now if you have a sore spot you might want to put a towel over it because it would be too rough and maybe injury or make it worse. I wouldn't call this a pillow. That makes it sound real comfortable, It's not! There are two big balls that massage either the top of your neck or the back of your head and two smaller balls that also massage the same areas, it all depends on which way you have it turned. It almost hurts to use. It says for more comfort use a towel between the massaging balls and your neck and the back of your head. Somewhat painful...
This is great for the neck and shoulders and lower back. However trying to use it between my shoulder blades and on the middle area of my back it made me feel bruised even with trying to put a thick layer of padding between myself and the machine.
