I wish I had taken some before and after pictures - there was no difference whatsoever. The colour in the tub was dark green, but I was hoping that on hair it would look a bit lighter and/or brighter. I followed the instructions to the letter, but it rinsed out completely, the only thing that remained green for a day was scalp.
I have used semi-permanent colours enough in the past to know that this was not a proper hair colour at all.
Complete waste of money.
Excellent, reliable and a staple in my bathroom cabinet lol.
I've been using Directions for about 17 years and the formula remains consistently one of the best.
It is ammonia free and gentle on your hair so not damaging. The colours will mix together so you can create your own personal shades, even though there are loads of colours to choose from.
The La Riche colour charts are also extremely accurate for their dyes.
The only drawback would be that to get an extremely vivid colour you need to lighten your hair first, and certain shades will not go directly on lightened hair well. (ie Blues)
