Great little item that will save you loads of money, just use it like a screwdriver, but be careful, it's just a tap, if you go too hard at it, it will snap, use a little cutting oil on it. This re-threader is really good, it helps prevent the need to replace the electrical socket/switch mounting box id the treads become slightly damaged. you still need to remove the electrical socket /swith to complete the re treading (preferably with the power off). 3.5mm Tap Driver
Great tool and works a treat. I had a socket plate fixing snap off in the back box and the room had been freshly plastered. After removing the broken fixing the thread was damaged.
