So far so good

NOT HAPPY!!!
After charging the headset and figuring out what to do myself with absolutely no instructions i powered up the headset to use wireless on my PS4 and it connected straight away, did not have to pair at all, everything seemed ok but i had to turn the mic volume to the max as it was quiet at the normal volume and my friends have struggled to hear me even at max volume, after about 5mins or so my mic stops working altogether and i end up turning my headset off and back on to correct this fault, i have also noticed that when i charge the headset the headset will not work at all. Personal i prefer the audio prompt you get with my old turtle beach headset that told me it was powering on and off, wether you turned the mic on or off, and that it's charging and when the charge is complete, and the fact you can still use them while they are on charge was awesome, this was an impulse buy which i will not make again, not happy with the faults and lack of audio prompts, would rather stick to my turtle beach, a shame because i was loving the colours and shape just not the bugsVerified purchase: YesCondition: New

Doesn’t fully work - no chat function ?!
Great sound from gaming, decent battery life too. But I can’t chat to anyone online, which was again point in me buying this item. What am I doing wrong?!
