Andrew James water dispenser
I had been looking for an instant hot water dispenser for a while. Having owed one going back a few years it did the job but the water was never hot enough. I was sceptical on purchasing another but when I read customer reviews on this one of though what the heck! The sleek design with compliment any work surface which is easy to clean with a damp cloth. The removal drip tray is a plus and is does not require force to remove it either as it sometimes the case. The 4 litre water tank means you fill up once and enjoy, great if you're like me and drink lots of green tea, although a flaw in the design means if you over fill with water the water cartridge will become unloaded and float hence making the water non filtered... an annoying feature which has already made up my mind that once the cartridges included in the package are finished I will not be purchase more. Don't forget you can use filtered water from a jug! The impress feature though is you can choose the water temperature you desire, the amount of water and off you go. Also has an automatic lock feature just in case you have children... All in all and I pleased with my purchase although in my opinion is it slightly over priced. Professional look, below par dispensing
Had for a month or so now including conversing with the company. Has a very professional look to the machine and have comments on from family and friends and for dispensing standard room temperature water the dispenser does what you would expect with no fuss. The water dispenser struggles heavily with delivering anything above that request. Any temperature setting above 0 and the water has no real flow into the cup. It carelessly spurts drops of water all around the machine meaning you need to wipe the worktop down each time. More often than not i fnd myself holding the cup right to the spout to reduce the need to mop up after. The volume to dispense choice is a great option especially if this did regularly delivered the correctly selected volume which unfortunately is not the case often under delivering so you yhen manually have to dispense to fill cup. Generally it does a job looks good although has some key flaws which mean if the reasons for buying would be automatic dispensing both at the required volume and temperature I would not confidently recommend this machine. Using this machine as a room temperature filtered water dispenser that looks good and doesnt need a regular refill, then it will di a job for you.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Great machine
I love this machine you have total control over the amount of water you want dispensed. It is very easy to use you just press the button to set the temperature and quantity. If it is left on it will remember the last setting so you can just press start. I bought this as I have problems with my hands and arms so lifting a kettle was getting difficult, it has made things a lot easier for me. I wish I had bought one ages ago. This is a great product. Stylish, modern, energy efficient etc. It does exactly as it says. The 300ml setting is, I find, perfect for the average mug size. The water is at the temperature you set it at. Controls are very simple and the unit is easy to wipe down. 2 problems, if you can call them that, which seem to be a recurring theme. Firstly the water drops from quite a height into an average size mug. This often bounces and splashes out if the cup thus making a small, but unnecessary mess. There is also the chance that anybody in the vicinity, or a child or pet below a work surface that it is standing on, may get splashed with hot water. The pipe or mug stand should be made adjustable. Thus problem is eliminated to a degree if the mug is raised up to the pipe, but then the units steams up a bit. Secondly the water guage should somehow be moved to the front of the unit. At the moment it is located on the right hand side where, in my case, it is difficult to see as it is up against a wall. Positives overall though. I am really happy with this. Water comes out at a fair rate so you don't wait that long. A mug fills within 20-30 seconds with hot water arriving at around the 5 second mark after you hit the button. The unit is not as large as I thought it might be, making it perfect. My kettle will be used when I am making a lot of drinks on o e go, but for me, this is next to perfect.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Good looking and effective
First cup delivers volume of hot water less than the second one. Filter delays the display of the final water level and the filter can be dislodged when filling (unless I missed something to secure it). Arrived with no instruction on the water spout which had to be fitted and turned to lock it in place (did not know what the extra bit was at first). The unit needs to be placed with the cup forward or left as the filling level is only shown on the right hand side. Hot drinks
I've bought many hot water machines over the years and none of them got hog enough for a cup of tea that I like but I thought I'd give this one a go as it stated 100 degrees I was skeptical but when I tried it for the first time it was the best cup of hot tea I'd had in a long time no scum in the cup because of the filter I've used it everyday since even for cooking when I needed hot water, my son said to me I can't go back to boiling a kettle after using it and to be honest nor could I best one I've ever bought would highly recommend it to anyone.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Good but....
Good size, smart appearance, dispenses water smoothly at lower temperatures. However, when dispensing water at 100C it splatters and spits boiling water over the surrounding bench (and any nearby hands). Also at high temperatures the measuring mechanism tends to fail, and 300mls often turns to whatever it feels happy with. The instructions didn't make clear that it would take a good ten minutes and several jugs to fill the tank, with filter, from empty. It would have saved a lot of peeping and puzzlement had I known that the water needed time to seep through the filter.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Disappointing
Having used this now for several weeks I wish I had kept the packaging as I would have returned it. While the machine does whats expected you need to be aware that it splutters quite badly and could cause burns. We now hold the cup right up to the spout to avoid any splashing from the water height or from the slow flow from the nozzle. Another possible issue may be the longevity of the electronics. Steam from the flow during operation condensates all over the front panel and although its a covered touch operation I would imagine steam could easily reach into any gaps on the casing. On the plus side the machine does have many settings, including temperature and volume adjustments. Just unfortunate that it does not dispense without making a mess and possibly burning the user. UPDATE We have now stopped using this item ... the spluttering is so bad that water goes everywhere it is not fit for purpose. This is no reflection on the seller but an issue with the design.
