Epson 2711 my opinion
Good points = small. very light. Cheap ink Bad points = Not the easiest to set up especially the Wi-Fi, I suggest you use the disc and not the easy set up sheet as not very clear. Once set up I sugest you find the user manual from Epson around 140 pages of it. I was going to print it until I saw how many there was. I have not agreed to let Epson take info on my usage as it has an auto cut off that you don't know when it will say return to Epson to repair but you can buy the new waste ink tank online. The Quality was what has really saddened me. I have always had inkjet and 2 laser my other inkjet printers beat my laser on picture quality which was my reason for buying this one but I am very disapointed with the quality of those so won't be using for pics. Normal printing is fine so long as you use it on best as the other settings are wishy washy in my opinion. It's a great printer for day to day use but that is all. I am keeping my fingers crossed that it will save me money in the long run but I still need a printer for my pictures :( Epson I feel have a great product for the standard jobs but the buttons and instructions could be so much clearer. If this ink lasts me 1 year it will be cheaper than my HP envy at £50+ for cartridges or the Laser toner at £70+ every 2 - 3 months.

Some assembly required and pray to whatever gods to make it connect
Printer arrived with multiple bits hanging off it, none of it taped or secured down. Power plug arrived without a fuse in it. Printer was effectively none functional from the start. Unable to get it into Route mode at all, Getting it into Directly WiFi connect mode was down to the gods or voodoo if it would enable that mode. Devices couldn't connect easily to the printer to carry out any form of printing.

Easy to set up with good quality prints and good speed in mono. The email print option is good and works well. The 4 inks provided filled the tanks unlike trial only cartridges supplied with many printers

Amazing and cost effective 5*
WOW! An amazing product! Quiet, fast, good quality prints. Wish I had bought one ages ago as my 'old' cartridge printer cost me a fortune in ink and too often. My only criticism is that it doesn't do borderless printing unless I just haven't discovered how yet. Highly recommended 5*

Get A Epson Ecotank, You Won't Regret It
Easy to set up, from box to printing took 15 mins. Print quality is fantastic, bright, sharp and vibrant. Tanks are easy and mess free to refill and printing has now become affordable, no more worrying what I print. Scanner produces excellent results and the scanning application is easy to use. Highly recommended, more expensive than a cartridge based printer but over it's life i WILL EASILY RECOUPE THE EXTRA SPEND AND THEN SOME.

Worth it
I’ve been finding cheap secondhand printers for as long as I can remember and getting compatible ink which was always good enough but when the last lot became unrecognisable by my printer a few months ago I became sick of the messing about and decided to invest a little. After much research I decided on this one and am not sorry. It’s not too difficult to set up just following the instructions and the amount of ink means I can feel confident printing anything I want. I run a small business so it’s been a relief to be able to print up what I need. Myself and the kids can print docs and pics straight from an app on the phone through WiFi bypassing having to go through a pc, I feel I’ve caught up with the 21st century.. it’s not a photo printer but the prints are good enough for home use. It’s fast compared to what I’m used to and the noise is just the same as any other printer. I’m really pleased.

Good quality, economic results consistently.
This is my 2nd printer from Epson. I use one for sublimation and this one for regular printing for all my other work. I will never consider buying another brand and I hope to purchase another for larger prints to augment my equipment when I can. Thank you for my reliable, idiot friendly and superb equipment. It does what it says on the box!
So far so good. Not much more I can say really, it does what it says on the box! It's perfect for what I want it for, it prints clearly and quickly. Colours are good but yet tried it on glossy paper. It looks a bit cheap and basic but it's very light in weight. However, it's not a fashion item and at least I can afford original Epson inks now which I could never do with my other Epson cartridge printers but only time will tell on how economic it is so at the moment I would recommend it to others.

Fantastic printer.
The quality of photos is amazing, professional, especially action shots taken on a good quality slr. The easy sent up, fast document printing, with plenty of scope to edit prior, saving, copying. I think it will save a lot, having not to replace inks.
