The lowest pull is 10 kilos which was only just doable for me when I started. I still have not increased it. I was recommended to this device by a friend who has the hand condition Dupuytrens Contraction, a condition I also have. He said it had helped a lot. I have now been using for some weeks and the severe contraction in my little finger has eased a bit. Lame grips.
The quality is good but there is no way these are adjustable, as described, and they are so weak you can squeeze them together with the tip of you finger and thumb. The only way I would recommend these is if you have a 4 year old girl with a weak wrist.

1-10kg seems more appropriate
Bought this as a step up from a 10kg grip trainer that I already have. On the hardest setting this is about on a par with what I've already got. The adjustable spring is way too long, so on the lowest strength the grips get pushed off the stop and end up so close to each other they're virtually touching already. Aside from being rather useless, it seems sturdy enough.
