After suffering with gum diease since I was a teenager, my gums were becoming extremely painful. It was to the point were I could only chew on my front teeth. I decided to give this a go, it says to use for a month but ive been using it for 6 weeks now, and i noticed a difference in a few days. Im able to eat properly, my gums have gone back to being pink, but more importantly my dentist says that there is a definite improvement. My gums are still inflammed, but if it means I can keep my teeth for afew more years, then its better than nothing. Don't hesitate it's worth every penny, I just wish i had known about this product years ago especially the mouth gel i have a very painful tongue, hot and cold food/drinks and anything mildly spiced are all a no no.
