Gout preventative
Had an attack of gout nearly 2 years ago. Starting taking this in a half dose as a preventative measure. Within 2 months the gout had completely receded and has been fine since. N.B. This is also coupled with an effort to reduce blood acid level.

Gout and general stiffness.
In my opinion it can help reduce over all stiffness and reduce the frequency of gout attacks. I've been using it for a few years now and found cherry active to be the best. It's just a shame it so expensive.
