I love the simplicity of the product and it's size. I have enjoyed and loved making courgette noodles with it. I do have to say though that sweet potato was too hard and didn't work which was I a little disappointed about but will try different vegetables and experiment more. I've made so many meals with this. I'd say if you're thinking about trying it buy it and give it a go.

For the money, this is just a basic product that only works if you have a fairly firm vegetable cut to the right size to fit the handle. Even then, it barely works that well and you get limited results. They say you get what you pay for but at £12.99 this is not good value at all.

This is a simple item in every way. It doesn't take up too much room. Quick rinse to clean. It is in two pieces which sneck together firmly when not in use (so you're not searching for the 'other bit' at the back of the drawer). You use it manually - so you don't need extra space on your worktop and you don't need a power outlet. Requires human effort, but where courgettes are concerned, very easy - a bit more effort needed for a carrot! If I never use it for anything else but courgettes, it will have been a worthwhile purchase. The result is very satisfying to see - and those pretty spirals require minimal cooking, so nutritionally, they're a winner - especially now that they get eaten (and not picked-out-and-pushed-to-side-of-plate). It has been a fairly recent purchase, so I can't comment on its long term robustness, but I feel confident.Read full review

Ok so not the easiest to use but once you get the hang of it it's fine. Need hard veg and cut to fit, but I've had great courgette, and butternut squash stir fries. Potato works well and best of all it's a breeze to store unlike other kitchen gadgets.
