OK, but....
What I liked and would recommend is that the product has a really nice smell, the lotion and the conditioner. It has left my hair feeling soft and silky so a quality product. What I didn't like was that my hair at the beginning was pretty much same as shown on box, which is why I chose it, and I followed the instructions but it has made my hair MUCH lighter than shade on box and slightly silvery. Lovely product but I won't be using this shade again.

As unable to get our to hairdressers at the moment, choose this colour on line. Did think it was little on the pricey side but if it covers up my grey well, then it’s a small price to pay in the end!
