Songwriter: A comic glimpse into the business of music and touring.
Willie Nelson and Chris Cristofferson shine in this music business spoof. Funny, gritty and great music. Willie plays a musician turned music executive who signs what turns out to be a bad contract with a Chicago gangster type who is now calling himself "Rodeo Rocky". The adventure goes from there as Doc (Willie) works his plan to get out of this rip off deal and get his life back in order. A glimpse into the back door of the music business as well.
